摘 要:本文探讨了挤压爆破技术在哈尔乌素露天煤矿深孔台阶爆破的应用。该技术有效应对了传统方法中爆破块度大、爆堆形态不稳定等问题。通过现场试验,挤压爆破技术显著提升了爆破效率,降低了大块率,优化了爆堆形态。尽管该技术具有显著优势,但在实际应用中需注意炸药与材料的选择以及填塞工艺的改进。总体来看,挤压爆破技术在露天煤矿具有广阔的应用前景。This paper discusses the application of extrusion blasting technology in deep-hole bench blasting in Haerwusu open-pit coal mine.The technique can effectively deal with the problems of large size and unstable shape of pile after blasting in traditional methods.Through the field test,the extrusion blasting technology improves the blasting efficiency,reduces the block ratio and optimizes the blasting pile shape.Although the technology has advantages,the choice of explosive and material as well as the improvement of packing technology should be paid attention to in practical application.In general,the extrusion blasting technology has a broad application prospect in open-pit coal mine.
