摘 要:生活体验趋同化是高校留学生趋同化管理中极重要又易忽视的部分。关注留学生作为“全人”对完整生活世界的构建,不仅可帮助来华留学生打破文化适应困境,也有助于提升高校“双培养”(生活培养与教育培养)之间的协同。然而,生活体验趋同化在理念传播和路径推进上存在困境,在目前的条件下,可通过在语言文化教学中渗透、在教学管理服务中强化、在多种生活场景中融合等策略来分阶段、全方位推动,促使他们实现从“旅居者”到“中国一员”的意识转变,从而成为真正知华友华的国际人士。Convergence of life experience is a very important but easily neglected part of convergence management for international students in colleges and universities.Focusing on the construction of a complete life world for international students as"whole human beings"can not only help international students break the dilemma of cultural adaptation,but also help to improve the synergy between dual cultivation(life cultivation and education cultivation)in colleges and universities.However,there are difficulties in the dissemination of concepts and promotion of paths for the convergence of life experience.Under the current conditions,it can be promoted in stages and in an all-round way through infiltration in language and culture teaching,reinforcement in teaching and management services,and integration in a variety of life scenarios,etc.,so as to make them realize the change of consciousness from"sojourner"to"a member of China",and then become internationals who really know and are friendly to China.International people who are truly knowledgeable about China and friendly to China.
