摘　　要：机器学习课程是人工智能方向的核心课程之一,在为国家培养人工智能领域高层次人才方面具有至关重要的作用。该文针对当前机器学习课程思政引领体现不足、教学方式方法落后以及课程评价体系单一等问题,提出“思政引领,产教融合”的教学理念,从产教融合模式下的课程思政融合路径、教学方式改革、课程评价体系改革三方面入手,深入探索课程教学新方法与新途径,以满足培养价值引领、具有家国情怀、技术精专的高层次创新型人工智能人才的课程建设需求,并为应用实践提供参考。Machine Learning course is one of the core courses in the field of artificial intelligence,which plays a crucial role in cultivating high-level talents in the field of artificial intelligence for the country.This article proposes a teaching philosophy of"ideological and political guidance and integration of industry and education"to address the current problems of insufficient ideological and political guidance,outdated teaching methods,and a single course evaluation system in machine learning courses.The article explores new teaching methods and approaches from three aspects:the integration path of ideological and political elements in industry-university cooperation models,teaching method reforms,and course evaluation system reforms.The aim is to meet the needs of cultivating high-level innovative AI talents with leading values,national feelings,and technical expertise,and to provide reference for practical applications.
