就业创业课程发展现状及其经验借鉴——基于对美国五所大学的课程分析

摘　　要：就业创业课程是实施创新创业教育的重要载体,是帮助学生树立首创思维、发掘就业机会及传授创业之道的主要渠道。诚然,我国就业创业课程走过的历程不足30年,存在诸多不完善之处是不争事实。创新创业教育起源于美国,无论从宏观的系统性建设还是微观的课程特色角度来讲,美国的经验和做法都值得学习借鉴。选取美国最具代表性的五所大学的就业创业课程,从其组织机构、课程特色、研发部门和教育模式等角度进行横向梳理分析,为我国的就业创业课程建设提供有益借鉴。Employment and Entrepreneurship Course is the crucial carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is also the main channel of spreading creative spirit,establishing creative thinking and imparting entrepreneurial path to students in universities.Honestly,Employment and Entrepreneurship Course in China has been taught for less than 30 years,which means that it has a lot of indisputable deficiencies.The course originated in the United States,so whether from the perspective of macro systematic construction or micro curriculum characteristics,the experience and practice of the United States are worth learning.This study takes 5 universities'employment and entrepreneurship courses in U.S.as examples,conducting a parallel comparison from institutional framework,curriculum characteristics,research and development organization and education model,etc.,aiming to provide beneficial reference to employment and entrepreneurship courses to China.
