摘　　要：该文基于“中国制造2025”战略、“卓越工程师教育培养计划”开展机械工程专业硕士研究生课程思政教育,积极开展“探究型+研讨型”相结合的研究生教育培养模式。将专业教育、课程思政、实践教学有机结合,全面立体展开教育教学改革。强调“育训一体”实践教学与能力培养同行理念,推进“实践教学、评价体系、教育理念”的全方位改革,全面提高机械工程硕士研究生的职业能力、职业素养和职业道德,致力于机械工程专业硕士研究生人才培养“从实践到创新”的突破,最终实现“知识传授+价值塑造+能力培养”的多元统一的教育模式转型,强化创新能力的培养。Based on the"Made in China 2025"strategy and the"Education and Training Plan for Outstanding Engineers",the ideological and political education for master's degree courses in mechanical engineering is carried out,and the graduate education and training model that combines"Exploratory and Deliberative"is established.We will organically integrate professional education,curriculum ideological and political education,and practical teaching,and comprehensively carry out education and teaching reform in a three-dimensional manner,emphasizing the concept of"integration of education and training"in practical teaching and ability cultivation,promoting all-round reform of"practical teaching,evaluation system,and education philosophy",comprehensively improving the professional ability,professional quality,and professional ethics of mechanical engineering master's students,and committing to a breakthrough in"from practice to innovation"in talent cultivation of mechanical engineering master's students.Finally,we will achieve a diversified and unified education model transformation of"knowledge imparting+value shaping+ability cultivation",and strengthen the cultivation of innovation ability.
