摘　　要：内蒙古农业大学的材料与化工专业型硕士培养依托于林业工程和材料科学与工程学科,通过产教融合和实践能力培养,形成独具特色的高层次应用型人才培养体系。该培养方式强调工程实践,与合作企业,包括校内企业和知名校外企业,注重科研成果的产业化应用。研究生通过课程学习和项目实践,培养综合素质和创新能力。通过双导师制、双主场机制、双向培养等多种手段,确保人才培养质量。同时,通过调查发现,专业型硕士大多进入化工企业,部分学生选择跨学科领域工作,主要原因包括市场需求、课程设置等因素。为提升培养质量,建议课程设计更加贴近实践,毕业考核形式多样化,促进学生的理论与实践结合,为材料与化工专业型硕士的培养解决实际工程问题提供新型培养模式构建及优化方案。Relying on the disciplines of Forestry Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering,the master training of materials and Chemical Engineering,through the inte-gration of industry and education and practical ability training,it has formed a unique high-level applied talent training system.This training method emphasizes engineering practice,and the industrial application of cooperative enterprises,including well-known enterprises,and scientific research results.Graduate students develop their comprehensive quality and innovation ability through course study and project practice.Through the double tutorial system,double home mechanism,two-way training and other means to ensure the quality of talent training.At the same time,it is found that through the survey,most professional masters enter chemical enterprises,and some students choose to work in interdisciplinary fields,mainly for market demand,curriculum setting and other factors.In order to improve the quality of training,it is suggested that the course design is more close to practice,the graduation assessment forms are diversified,promote the combination of students'theory and practice,and provide the construction and optimization of new training mode for the training of masters of materials and chemical engineering to solve practical engineering problems.
