摘  要:[目的]四唑吡氨酯是日本曹达株式会社开发的四唑肟类杀菌剂,本文旨在探索其合成方法,并对其杀菌活性进行测试。[方法]以苯乙酮为起始原料,经4步反应合成四唑吡氨酯,目标化合物的结构经~1H NMR和HRMS确证。[结果]室内杀菌活性测试结果表明:四唑吡氨酯对黄瓜霜霉病、番茄晚疫病具有优异的杀菌活性,在有效成分为1.56 mg/L剂量下对黄瓜霜霉病和番茄晚疫病的防效均可达到98%。[Aims] Picarbutrazox is a tetrazoloxime fungicide developed by Soda Co., Ltd. The aim of this study is to explore the synthesis method of picarbutrazox, and test its fungicidal activities. [Methods] Picarbutrazox was synthesized starting from acetophenone via 4 steps. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by ~1H NMR and HRMS. [Results] The results of fungicidal activity test in laboratory showed that picarbutrazox has excellent fungicidal activity against cucumber downy mildew, Pseudoperonospora cubensis(Berk. et Curt.) Rostov,and tomato late blight, Phytophthora infestans(Mont.) de Bary Beauv. The control effect of picarbutrazox on the cucumber downy mildew and tomato late blight both arrived 98% at the dose of 1.56 mg/L.
