摘  要:[目的]评价外源助剂百溶101、杰效利、硅藻土以及锡昶287对阿维菌素防治枸杞瘿螨Aceria macrodonis Keifer的增效作用。[方法]通过室内浸叶法和田间小区叶面喷雾法,测定阿维菌素添加4种助剂对枸杞瘿螨的室内活性及田间防效。[结果]4种助剂均能提高阿维菌素对枸杞瘿螨的室内活性和田间防治效果,且48 h室内活性比24 h强。添加助剂对9 mg/L阿维菌素在二次药后7、14 d增效明显,其中助剂百溶101增效10.15%~15.65%,杰效利增效13.36%~17.28%,硅藻土增效6.39%~12.17%,锡昶287增效3.67%~6.33%。[结论]4种助剂均能提高阿维菌素的防效,其中杰效利增效作用最为明显。[Aims] The aim of this study is to investigate the control effects of abamectin added Bairong 101, Jiexiaoli,Diatomite and Xichang 287 against Aceria macrodonis keifer. [Methods] Laboratory bioactivity and field efficacy of abamectin with four additives against A. macrodonis were determined by laboratory leaf dipping and field plot foliar spraying methods. [Results] All the four adjuvants improved the bioactivity and control effect of abamectin on A. macrodonis, and the bioactivity at 48 h was stronger than that at 24 h. The Synergistic effect of 9 mg/L abamectin added adjuvants on days 7 and 14 after the second treatment was obvious, with Bairong 101 increasing the control efficacy by 10.15%-15.65%, Jiexiaoli by 13.36%-17.28%, diatomite by 6.39%-12.17%, and Xichang 287 by3.67%-6.33%. [Conclusions] All the four external adjuvants can enhance the control effect of abamectin, and Jiexiaoli is the best of all.
