摘 要:为了深入探索高精密双油路离心喷嘴的雾化性能变化规律,利用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)和高速相机等测试系统,通过雾化实验研究在不同的供油压力下,喷嘴的雾化形态发展过程、雾化锥角和粒度分布等特性的变化情况。研究结果表明:随着供油压力的增加,两油路单独工作时雾化锥角先增大后减小,最后趋于稳定;当供油压力为0.4 MPa时,副油路的锥角达到最大值,约为107°;当双油路同时工作时,雾化锥角受主油路影响较大,雾化锥角略小于主油路单独工作时的锥角;粒度分布呈正态分布,当副油路供油压力为0.12~0.4 MPa时,雾化粒径变化较大,粒径随着供油压力增加而减小;随着测量距离的增加,主油路粒度变化较为明显,粒径SMD大小与表面波振荡波长呈正相关的关系。In order to deeply explore the variation rule of atomization performance of the high-precision dual-orifice centrifugal nozzle,the changes in characteristics of atomization morphology development process,atomization cone angle and particle size distribution of the nozzle under different oil supply pressures were studied by atomization experiment using the phase doppler particle analyzer(PDPA)and high-speed camera.The research results show that with the increase of oil supply pressure,the atomization cone angle increases first and then decreases,and finally becomes stable under the separate working condition of dual oil lines.When the oil supply pressure is 0.4 MPa,the cone angle of the auxiliary oil line reaches the maximum value of about 107°.When the dual oil lines work at the same time,the atomization cone angle is greatly affected by the main oil line,which is slightly smaller than that when the main oil line works alone.The particle size shows a normal distribution.When the oil supply pressure of auxiliary oil line is 0.12 to 0.4 MPa,the atomized particle size changes greatly,and the particle size decreases with the increase of the oil supply pressure.With the increase of measuring distance,the particle size of main oil line changes obviously.There is a positive correlation between particle size and surface wave oscillation wave length.
