摘　　要：目的评估4 MHz有回路单极射频(monopolar radiofrequency,MRF)治疗面颈部皮肤松弛的疗效及安全性。方法自2023年1—12月,北京大学口腔医院第二门诊部美容皮肤科收治32例经4 MHz MRF单次治疗的患者资料,对治疗前、治疗后3个月及6个月的照片进行面颈部松弛度评分,并进行全局美容改善量表(global aesthetic improvement scale,GAIS)评分,收集患者满意度和不良反应,以观察治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后3个月、6个月,32例患者面部松弛度评分由治疗前的(5.238±0.925)分逐渐下降至(4.338±0.988)分和(3.969±0.967)分(P<0.001);下颌部松弛度评分由(4.750±1.052)分下降至(3.769±0.870)分和(3.188±0.780)分(P<0.001);颈部松弛度评分由(5.056±1.412)分下降至(4.175±1.371)分和(4.031±1.356)分(P<0.001)。治疗后医患双方对于皮肤松弛、皱纹、面部轮廓紧致、下颌紧致及面部提升的GAIS评级为改善及以上者占比>90%,6个月后评分为改善很大或极大的占比>50%。患者总体满意度100%,评级为满意或非常满意者为97%,疼痛度评分为(3.66±2.27)分,治疗过程中及6个月内未观察到不良反应。结论4 MHz MRF对面颈部皮肤松弛的改善显著,疗效持续6个月以上且较安全。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 4 MHz Monopolar Radiofrequency in the treatment of facial and neck skin laxity.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,a retrospective analysis was undertaken on a cohort of 32 patients who underwent a single session of 4 MHz Monopolar Radiofrequency treatment specifically targeting the face and neck areas.Laxity scores for these regions were quantified using pre-treatment,3 months,and 6 months post-treatment photographs.Additionally,post-treatment assessments encompassed the Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS),patient satisfaction surveys,and adverse reaction monitoring to comprehensively assess treatment efficacy and safety.Results Marked improvements were observed in facial laxity scores,which decreased significantly from a baseline of(5.238±0.925)to(4.338±0.988)at 3 months(P<0.001)and further to(3.969±0.967)at 6 months(P<0.001).Similarly,the lower jaw laxity scores declined substantially from(4.750±1.052)to(3.769±0.870)at 3 months(P<0.001)and(3.188±0.780)at 6 months(P<0.001).Neck laxity also showed significant reduction,decreasing from(5.056±1.412)to(4.175±1.371)at 3 months(P<0.001)and(4.031±1.356)at 6 months(P<0.001).Post-treatment GAIS evaluations by both physicians and patients yielded high ratings(≥90%improvement or better)for skin laxity,wrinkles,facial contour firmness,lower jaw firmness,and facial lifting,with over 50%reporting substantial to very substantial improvement at 6 months.Patient satisfaction surveys revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 100%,with 97%expressing satisfaction or very high satisfaction.The average pain score was 3.66±2.27,and no adverse reactions were reported during or within 6 months post-treatment.Conclusion The application of 4 MHz Monopolar Radiofrequency is deemed to be extremely safe,as evidenced by the absence of any observed adverse reactions.
