黄金微针射频联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究黄金微针射频联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2021年1月至2023年1月于秦皇岛市妇幼保健院医疗美容科就诊的96例面部痤疮患者,根据治疗方式分为联合组和对照组,CO_(2)点阵激光治疗为对照组(46例),黄金微针射频联合CO_(2)点阵激光交替治疗为联合组(50例)。观察两组患者临床疗效、面部痤疮情况[痤疮瘢痕权重评分(échelle d'évaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acné,ECCA)、瘢痕凹陷度评分]、炎性因子、不良反应。结果联合组临床疗效总有效率(94.00%)优于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ECCA评分、瘢痕凹陷度评分、白介素(interleukin,IL)-17水平、IL-18水平、干扰素(interferon,INF)-γ较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(8.00%)与对照组(6.51%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄金微针射频联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效显著,可有效修复痤疮凹陷性瘢痕,抑制炎症反应,具有良好安全性,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with CO_(2)fractional laser in the treatment of facial acne depressed scar.Methods The medical records were selected from 96 patients with facial acne who received treatment in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.According to the different treatment methods,46 patients treated with fractional laser were included in control group,and 50 patients who received gold microneedle radiofrequency and fractional laser alternately were enrolled as combined group.The clinical efficacy,facial acne status[acne scar weight score(ECCA),scar depression score],inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the ECCA score,scar depression score and levels of interleukin(IL)-17,IL-18 and interferon(INF)-γin the two groups were significantly declined after treatment(P<0.05),and the above indicators in combined group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with fractional laser has significant efficacy on patients with facial acne depressed scars.It can repair acne depressed scars and inhibit inflammatory response.It has good safety and few adverse reactions.
