摘　　要：乳房缩小整形术是一项旨在改善乳房过大并缓解症状的手术方式,受到希望提升生活质量和自我形象的女性青睐。迄今为止,乳房缩小整形术对女性健康影响的探讨有限。现从医学、心理等多个角度切入,系统分析乳房缩小整形术对女性身体及心理健康的潜在影响,以期为临床实践及相关研究提供更多的理论支持与参考依据。Breast reduction plastic surgery is one of the most prevalent breast surgeries available,and as a method designed to reduce breast size and improve body proportions,it is attracting the attention of an increasing number of women seeking to improve their self-image.The aim of this article is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the place of breast reduction plastic surgery in women's lives,as well as its possible benefits and risks,based on the latest research evidence.At the same time,a review of recently published articles on the subject is provided to better understand the status and trends of the procedure.
