摘　　要：目的:探讨肌内效贴扎联合针灸治疗驻岛官兵膝关节运动训练疼痛的临床效果。方法:便利抽样选取2023年10月某驻岛因运动训练导致膝关节疼痛的青年男性官兵58例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组27例行单纯针灸治疗,观察组31例在对照组的基础上加用肌内效贴扎联合治疗。分别在治疗前后以疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Lysholm膝关节评分对2组患者的关节疼痛程度和关节功能进行评分并比较。结果:治疗后第3周,对照组VAS评分为(2.33±0.68)分、Lysholm膝关节评分为(69.78±8.14)分,观察组VAS评分为(1.45±0.67)、Lysholm膝关节评分(82.16±5.66)分,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:肌内效贴扎联合针灸治疗驻岛官兵膝关节运动损伤疼痛,具有较好的临床效果,且使用方便,安全性好,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Kinesiologic taping in the treatment of knee joint exercise pain in the naval officers and soldiers stationed on a certain island and reef.Methods:In October 2023,a total of 58 young male officers and soldiers with exercise-induced knee pain were enrolled by the random number table method,among them 31 cases were in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture only,while the patients in the observation group were treated by Kinesiologic taping combined with acupuncture.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scoring were adopted to evaluated the pain severity and joint function,respectively.The VAS and Lysholm scores before and after treatment were compared.Results:After three weeks of treatment,the control group had a VAS score of 2.33±0.68 and a Lysholm knee score of 69.78±8.14,while the observation group had a VAS score of 1.45±0.67 and a Lysholm knee score of 82.16±5.66.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(both P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Kinesiologic taping has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of knee joint sports injuries in the naval officers and soldiers stationed on a certain island and reef,which is convenient to use,and has a high safety,making it worthy of widespread application.
