摘　　要：目的:了解机动卫勤分队护理人员海水浸泡体温过低症救护知识、技能掌握情况及培训需求。方法:采用便利抽样法选择6所医院的261名机动卫勤分队护理人员为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果:海水浸泡体温过低症救护知识掌握情况自评得分为(3.02±1.01)分,技能掌握情况自评得分为(3.29±0.89)分,人员类别、参加机动卫勤分队年限、任务经历、培训频率是机动卫勤分队护理人员海水浸泡体温过低症救护知识、技能掌握情况的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:机动卫勤分队护理人员海水浸泡体温过低症救护知识、技能掌握情况处于中等水平,培训需求较高,建议加强针对性培训,合理安排培训内容、方式,建立系统化培训机制。Objective:To survey the mastery of rescue knowledge and skills for seawater immersion hypothermia among nursing staff in mobile medical teams.Methods:A total of 261 nursing staff from mobile medical teams from 6 hospitals were selected by the convenience sampling method as the research subjects,and were surveyed by a self-made questionnaire.Results:The self-evaluation score of the mastery of rescue knowledge for hypothermia caused by seawater immersion was(3.02±1.01)points,and the self-evaluation score of skill mastery was(3.29±0.89)points.Personnel category,years of joining in mobile medical teams,task experience,and frequency of training were the influencing factors on the mastery of rescue knowledge and skills for seawater immersion hypothermia among nursing staff in mobile medical teams(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The mastery of rescue knowledge and skills for seawater immersion hypothermia among nursing staff in mobile medical teams is at a moderate level,and there is a high demand for training.It is recommended to strengthen targeted training with optimized content and methods,as well as establish a systematic training mechanism.
