摘  要:目的:测试气旋式大流量微生物气溶胶采样器的性能。方法:采用气体流量计测量采样流量稳定性,以微生物倾注培养技术测量微生物富集效率和可培养活性。结果:加载采样头后,采样器1档流量为200 L/min、2档流量为400 L/min。以200 L/min采样流量采样,与安德森六级采样器比较,采样1、2、3 min,用5 ml采样液采样符合率分别为83.2%、78.1%和79.7%;用3 ml采样液采样符合率分别为68.0%、73.9%和77.0%。与MAS 100NT采样器比较,5 ml采样液、流量200 L/min时,采样符合率平均为87.6%。结论:气旋式大流量微生物气溶胶采样器采样富集效率符合率好,可用于舰艇舱室空气微生物采样。Objective To test the performance of cyclonic high-flow microbial aerosol sampler.Methods The sampling flow stability was measured by gas flowmeter,and the microbial enrichment efficiency and culturable activity were measured by microbial pouring culture technology.Results After loading the sampling head,the flow rate of the sampler was set to 200 L/min of the first level and 400 L/min of the second level.At a sampling flow rate of 200 L/min,compared with Andersen six-stage sampler,the compliance rate for sampling with 5 ml sampling solution for 1 min,2 min,and 3 min were 83.2%,78.1%,and 79.7%,respectively;when using a 3 ml sampling solution,the compliance rates for the same durations were 68.0%,73.9%,and 77.0%,respectively.Compared with MAS 100NT sampler,when using a 5 ml sampling solution at a flow rate of 200 L/min,the sampling compliance rate averaged 87.6%.Conclusion The enrichment efficiency compliance rate of the cyclonic high-flow microbial aerosol sampler is good,which can be used for air microbial sampling in warship cabins.
