摘 要:本文合成了一种聚磷酸酯阻燃剂(简称PCFR),具有高分子链结构。该阻燃剂磷含量高,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)具有很好的阻燃效果。本文就PCFR与2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸阻燃剂(CEPPA)进行了对比,研究了PCFR对双向拉伸PET薄膜的阻燃和耐老化性能。结果表明,合成的PCFR阻燃剂磷含量高达12.2%,在与PET进行共混加工时,PET的黏度可由0.67 dL/g提升到0.69 dL/g,表明其具有反应增黏作用。采用PCFR制备的双向拉伸PET薄膜断裂伸长率略高于CEPPA阻燃薄膜,同时其极限氧指数可达39.9%,厚度0.05 mm的PET薄膜可完全达到VTM-0等级。与CEPPA相比,PCFR制备的PET薄膜具有更好的耐老化性能,如耐热性、耐湿热性能等,其可显著延长阻燃PET薄膜在长期恶劣环境下的使用寿命。In this study, we synthesized a polyphosphate flame retardant(PCFR), with a polymer chain structure and a high phosphorus content, which has an excellent flame retardant effect on polyethylene terephthalate(PET). Compared with 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinate flame retardant(CEPPA), we discussed its flame retardancy and aging resistance on biaxially oriented PET films. The results show that the phosphorus content of the synthesized PCFR flame retardant is as high as 12.2%. When PCFR was blended with PET, the viscosity of PET can be increased from 0.67 dL/g to 0.69 dL/g, indicating that it has a reactive viscosity-increasing effect. The elongation at break of the biaxially oriented PET films prepared by PCFR is slightly higher than that by the CEPPA. At the same time, its limiting oxygen index can reach 39.9%, and the PET films with a thickness of 0.05 mm can fully reach the VTM-0 level. Compared with CEPPA, PET films prepared by PCFR have better aging resistance, heat resistance, moisture and heat resistance, etc., which can significantly improve the service life of flame-retardant PET films even in long-term harsh environments.
