摘 要:本文探究了聚氨酯泡棉所面临的黄变烧芯问题及其影响因素。通过比较不同的耐黄变烧芯助剂在聚氨酯泡棉中的应用,可以看出随着抗黄变烧芯剂用量的递增,聚氨酯泡棉的耐黄变抗烧芯性能呈持续增强趋势。当抗黄变烧芯剂的添加量均为总配方质量比的1%时,B1124和B1122的抗黄变烧芯能力优于B1121和B1123。使用抗黄变烧芯剂可以明显提升聚氨酯泡棉的耐光老化和湿热老化性能。In this paper, we examine the yellowing and core burning issues faced by polyurethane foam,along with the factors that influence them. By comparing the application of different anti-yellowing and antiburning core additives in polyurethane foam, it can be seen that as the dosage of anti-yellowing and anti-burning core additives increases, the anti-yellowing and anti-burning core performance of polyurethane foam shows a continuous strengthening trend. Notably, when the anti-yellowing agent constitutes 1% of the total formula, B1124and B1122 exhibit superior anti-yellowing performance compared to B1121 and B1123. The use of anti-yellowing and anti-burning agents can significantly improve the light aging and wet heat aging resistance of polyurethane foam.
