摘  要:空气舵是控制飞行器飞行方向和姿态的重要部件,传统材料已不能满足当前超高速飞行的空气舵服役要求。故某型号空气舵骨架选用新型TiBw/TA15钛基复合材料生产。该材料为典型的难加工材料,常规加工刀具寿命大幅缩短。已无法满足生产周期。本文以TiBw/TA15钛基复合材料为研究对象,以探究高效精加工TiBw/TA15钛基复合材料最优工艺参数为研究目标。设计正交试验,进行TiBw/TA15钛基复合材料铣削的相关试验研究,运用支持向量机(SVM)建立了优化目标的预测模型。为达到高效加工同时能有效降低刀具磨损增加刀具的耐用度的目的,将最小切削力(进给切削力和径向切削力)、材料最大去除率、最小表面粗糙度作为优化目标,利用NSGA-II算法对模型进行求解,最终得出了优化目标的工艺参数组合。The air rudder serves as a crucial component in controlling the flight direction and orientation of an aircraft.Traditional materials fail to meet the current operational demands of air rudders at hypersonic speeds.Consequently,a new type of TiBw/TA15titanium matrix composite material is selected for a specific model of air rudder framework production.This material is a classic example of a difficult-to-process material,leading to significantly reduced tool life for conventional machining tools.Such limitations do not satisfy the production cycle requirements.This study focuses on TiBw/TA15 titanium matrix composite materials,aiming to explore the optimal process parameters for efficient precision machining.Orthogonal experiments are designed for related milling studies on TiBw/TA15 titanium matrix composites.Using Support Vector Machines(SVM),a predictive model is established for optimization goals.To achieve high-efficiency processing while effectively reducing tool wear and enhancing tool durability,this study targets minimum cutting force(feed cutting force and radial cutting force),maximum material removal rate,and minimum surface roughness as optimization objectives.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the model,resulting in an optimal combination of process parameters.
