摘 要:钢渣活性低、难利用,通过活化技术将其转化为建材,不仅解决了环境问题,还实现了资源的再利用。本文对机械、热力、化学等活化方法进行介绍,并对钢渣进行了机械活化试验研究,分析表明通过对钢渣进行活性激发,能够有效提高钢渣的胶凝活性,使钢渣能够作为辅助胶凝材料替代部分水泥,钢渣的机械活化试验表明,随着机械研磨时间的增加,钢渣胶凝活性呈先较快增加后缓慢增加的趋势。从活性激发效果和经济的角度考虑,建议钢渣最佳粉磨时间为70 min。本文通过机械激发的方法得出建议钢渣最佳粉磨时间对钢渣的高效利用存在重要意义。Steel slag has low activity and is difficult to utilize.By using activation technology to convert it into building materials,it not only solves environmental problems but also achieves resource reuse.This article introduces activation methods such as mechanical,thermal,and chemical methods,and conducts mechanical activation experiments on steel slag.The analysis shows that by activating steel slag,the cementitious activity of steel slag can be effectively improved,and steel slag can be used as an auxiliary cementitious material to replace some water sludge.The mechanical activation experiments of steel slag show that with the increase of mechanical grinding time,the cementitious activity of steel slag increases rapidly at first and then slowly.From the perspective of activation effect and economy,it is recommended that the optimal grinding time for steel slag is 70 minutes,this suggestion is of great significance for the efficient utilization of steel slag by the method of mechanical excitation.
