摘 要:采用不同轻基质对离蕊金花茶进行扦插试验,研究各基质对离蕊金花茶扦插成活率、抽梢表现和根系形态的影响,筛选适宜生产推广的扦插轻基质。结果表明:不同配方轻基质对离蕊金花茶扦插生根和根系指标有明显的影响,其中珍珠岩处理组与蛭石组的生根率较高,二者无显著差异,但蛭石组的抽梢表现以及根系指标最好,较利于苗木后期移栽成活,适宜作为离蕊金花茶规模化育苗的扦插基质。An experimental study was performed on the cutting from the different light substrates of Camellia liberofilamenta.An optimal substrate was selected to explore the effects of different substrates on the survival rate,shoot performance and root morphology.The results showed that there were the outstanding effects of the light substrates with different formulas on the rooting and root indexes of the Camellia liberofilamenta.Among them,the high rooting rates were observed from the groups of the perlite and the vermiculite after treatment.There was no significant difference between them.Furthermore,the best shoots extraction and root indexes were achieved in the vermiculite group,which was more conducive to the survival of the seedlings in later stage.Therefore,the cutting substrate after vermiculite treatment was then selected for the large-scale seedling cultivation of the Camellia liberofilamenta.
