5种西藏野生植物花蕾的抗氧化作用对比研究

摘  要:研究5种西藏野生植物:鼠曲草、月季、土连翘、千里光和砂生槐花蕾部位萃取物的体外抗氧化活性。利用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基的清除实验,超氧阴离子清除实验,以及双氧水(hydrogen peroxidel,H 2O 2)诱导的人肝肿瘤细胞株HepG2氧化损伤修复试验等3种实验方法测定5种萃取物的抗氧化效果。不同浓度5种西藏植物提取物在DPPH实验和超氧阴离子清除实验中呈现不同的抗氧化性质。在H_(2)O_(2)诱导的人肝肿瘤细胞株HepG2氧化损伤实验中,0.01~0.2 mg·mL^(-1)的鼠曲草萃取物不具备修复氧化损伤作用,月季、土连翘、千里光和砂生槐萃取物在该浓度范围表现出不同的修复效果。5种西藏野生植物中,鼠曲草、月季和土连翘具有较好的清除DPPH自由基的能力,千里光和砂生槐具有较好的清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力。This study aims to investigate the antioxidant activity of five wild plants.Specifically,Pseudognaphalium affine,Rosa chinensis,Hymenodictyon flaccidum,Senecio scandens,Sophora moorcroftiana were taken from the Tibet Autonomous Region,China.Antioxidant activities were then determined by 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical,superoxide anion scavenging experiments and the hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))induced oxidative stress of human liver cancer cells HepG2.The results showed that the antioxidant properties were varied greatly in the different concentrations of plants extracts after DPPH and superoxide anion scavenging experiments.Furthermore,0.01-0.2 mg·mL^(-1) extract of Pseudognaphalium affine failed to repair the oxidative damage in the oxidative damage induced by H_(2)O_(2) in HepG2.Different repair effects were found in the extracts of Rosa chinensis Jacq.,Hymenodicty on flaccidum Wall.,Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don and Sophora moorcroftiana(Benth.)Baker.Among them,rhamnorrhiza,Rosa chinensis and Forsythia suspensa performed better to scavenge DPPH free radicals.While Senecio scandens and Sophora psammophila was to scavenge the superoxide anion radicals.
