摘 要:热控电源系统在工业控制尤其是大型火电机组具有重要作用,热控电源故障造成机组非计划停运事故占比较高。针对火电机组热控电源故障案例进行分析,对造成的非计划停运原因进行分类,并提出治理措施。从火电机组建设全过程周期,提出热控电源系统配置合理化建议,从被动性解决向预防性维护转变,消除热控电源系统故障的隐患,为防范热控电源系统故障提供参考。Thermal control power system plays an important role in industrial control,especially in large thermal power units.Thermal control power supply failure caused by the unit unplanned outage accidents accounted for a relatively high proportion.According to analyzing the thermal control power supply failure case of thermal power unit,it categorizes the causes of unplanned outages,and puts forward treatment measures.From the whole process cycle of thermal power unit construction,it puts forward the rationalization suggestion of thermal control power supply system configuration,which changes from passive solution to preventive maintenance and to elimina te potential hazards in the thermal control power system.It provides reference for preventing faults of thermal control power supply system.
