摘 要:光伏、风电等可再生能源的大规模集成使稳定型调峰电源短缺问题日益显著,因此提高大型燃煤机组的灵活变负荷能力成为平抑电网负荷波动的有效措施。而超临界燃煤机组在较低工况下运行时直流锅炉内外部扰动增大,同时受给水调节参数、磨煤机制粉系统及稳定燃烧速率限制,使得灵活快速响应电网负荷需求指令的能力有限。考虑到线性自抗扰控制技术的工程实用性及跟踪和抗扰性能,将其引入机炉协调控制系统的高性能控制器设计中。此外,提出一种改进的混沌量子蒲公英优化器,用于获取控制策略的最优参数。数值试验结果表明,基于所设计的灵活变负荷控制策略,使600 MW超临界燃煤机组的深度调峰能力有所提高。The large-scale integration of renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics,wind power leads to an increasingly significant shortage of stable peaking power sources.Therefore,improving the flexible load variation capacity of coal-fired unit has become the effective measure to suppress grid load fluctuations.However,when supercritical coal-fired unit operates at low rated load,the internal and external disturbances of once-through boiler are increasing.At the same time,limited by feed water regulation parameters,pulverization system of coal mill and stable combustion rate,the ability to respond flexibly and quickly to the power grid load demand is limited.Considering the engineering practicality,tracking and disturbance rejection performance of linear active disturbance rejection control,it introduces the high-performance controller designing for boiler-turbine coordinated control system.In addition,it proposes an improved chaotic quantum dandelion optimizer to obtain the optimal parameters of controller.The numerical experimental results show that based on the designed flexible load variation control strategy,the deep peak shaving ability of 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit is promoted.
