摘　　要：Bell面瘫又称特发性面神经炎,是目前临床上最常见的一种周围性面神经麻痹。MR的高软组织对比和空间分辨力,能清晰显示面神经,是目前诊断Bell面瘫的主要影像学检查方法。本文就近年来Bell面瘫相关MR成像技术研究进行综述。Bell′s palsy,also known as idiopathic facial neuritis,is the most common peripheral facial nerve palsy in clinical practice.MR has high soft tissue contrast and spatial resolution,and can clearly show the facial nerve,which is the main imaging method for the diagnosis of facial nerve at present.This article reviews the research of MR imaging technology related to facial neuritis in recent years.
