摘　　要：小檗碱是一种具有广泛药理作用的植物提取物单体,其作用包括抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂、神经保护、免疫调节等。该文主要通过综述小檗碱对小鼠肺癌Lewis细胞、人非小细胞肺腺癌细胞、人巨细胞肺癌细胞、人大细胞肺腺癌细胞、人肺鳞癌细胞等的抑制作用,详细阐释小檗碱抗肺癌的药理作用及其机制,为小檗碱在肺癌方面的临床开发提供参考。Berberine is a plant extract monomer with a wide range of pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,antiviral,anticancer,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,neuroprotective,and immunomodulatory properties.In this article,the inhibitory effects of berberine on mouse Lewis lung cancer cells,human non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma cells,human giant cell lung carcinoma cells,human large cell lung adenocarcinoma cells,and human squamous cell lung carcinoma cells are reviewed to give a detailed explanation of the pharmacological effect and mechanism of berberine against lung cancer and provide reference for its clinical development in lung cancer treatment.
