摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合电子生物反馈疗法治疗真性延髓麻痹的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年3月河北省保定市涿州市医院收治的92例真性延髓麻痹患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组施行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受针刺联合电子生物反馈疗法。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、吞咽功能、嗓音嘶哑程度与洼田饮水试验分级情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的82.61%(38/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.035,P=0.014)。治疗后,观察组吞咽功能评分高于对照组,嗓音嘶哑程度分级优于对照组,洼田饮水试验分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对真性延髓麻痹,针刺联合电子生物反馈疗法的有效性显著,能够促进患者吞咽功能恢复、缓解症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electronic biofeedback therapy in the treatment of true bulbar paralysis.Methods A total of 92 patients with true bulbar paralysis admitted to Zhuozhou City Hospital of Baoding in Hebei Province from February 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with electronic biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,swallowing function,hoarseness of voice and grading of Water Swallowing Test were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 82.61%(38/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.035,P=0.014).After treatment,the swallowing function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the grade of hoarseness was better than that in the control group,the grading of Water Swallowing Test was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For true bulbar paralysis,the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with electronic biofeedback therapy is significant,which can promote the recovery of swallowing function and symptom relief.
