益气养阴汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜眼底病变的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析益气养阴汤对糖尿病性视网膜眼底病变的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年1月吉林省人民医院收治的72例糖尿病性视网膜眼底病变患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组采用西医降糖、止血等对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气养阴汤治疗。对比两组眼底病变改善效果、中医证候积分、生活质量评分、视力改善时间及视网膜出血改善时间。结果观察组眼底病变治疗总有效率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组的77.78%(28/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组视力改善时间和视网膜出血改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论与单一采用西医治疗相比,应用中西医结合治疗方案的治疗效果更优,能有效改善患者眼底病变情况,提高患者视力,减轻不良症状。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine hypoglycemic,hemostatic and other symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The improvement effect of fundus lesions,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,visual acuity improvement time and retinal hemorrhage improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of fundus lesions in the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The improvement time of visual acuity and retinal hemorrhage in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single Western medicine treatment,the treatment effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is better,which can effectively improve the fundus lesions of patients,improve the visual acuity of patients,and reduce adverse symptoms.
