盐酸曲美他嗪片联合炙甘草汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸曲美他嗪片联合炙甘草汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)的临床疗效。方法按照治疗方法的不同,将2022年1月—2023年1月聊城市中医医院接诊的的120例UAP患者分为对照组(60例,采用盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗)和观察组(60例,在对照组基础上联合炙甘草汤治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作情况、血液流变学、血管内皮功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效[96.67%(58/60)]相比于对照组[85.00%(51/60)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P=0.027)。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间更少,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、内皮素1水平更低,一氧化氮水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在不良反应发生情况方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸曲美他嗪片联合炙甘草汤可减轻UAP患者心绞痛发作,调节血液流变学,改善血管内皮功能,且无严重不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets combined with Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 120 UAP patients admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into control group(60 cases,treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets)and observation group(60 cases,treated with Zhigancao Decoction on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,angina pectoris,hemorheology,vascular endothelial function and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group[96.67%(58/60)]was higher than that in the control group[85.00%(51/60)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.904,P=0.027).After treatment,compared with the control group,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and endothelin-1 in the observation group were lower,and nitric oxide level was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets combined with Zhigancao Decoction can reduce angina pectoris in UAP patients,regulate hemorheology,improve vascular endothelial function,and have no serious adverse reactions.
