加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗精神分裂症的效果

摘　　要：目的研究加味顺气导痰汤联合牛黄清心丸治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年8月滕州市精神卫生中心收治的精神分裂症患者60例,按治疗方法不同分组。对照组(n=30)采取常规西药治疗,研究组(n=30)在对照组基础上联用加味顺气导痰汤和牛黄清心丸。比较组间临床疗效、精神症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率[96.67%(29/30)],较对照组[80.00%(24/30)]高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。研究组精神症状(阳性、阴性及一般病理症状)评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牛黄清心丸+加味顺气导痰汤适用于精神分裂症治疗,能够缓解患者精神症状,且安全性可控。Objective To study the effect of Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction combined with Niuhuang Qingxin Pill in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Tengzhou Mental Health Center from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were grouped.The control group(n=30)was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group(n=30)combined with Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction and Niuhuang Qingxin Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptom score,and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group[96.67%(29/30)]was higher than that in the control group[80.00%(24/30)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).The scores of mental symptoms(positive,negative,and general pathological symptoms)in the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Niuhuang Qingxin Pill and Jiawei Shunqi Daotan Decoction can beapplied to the treatment of schizophrenia,can relieve mental symptoms,and its safety is controllable.
