半夏泻心汤加减联合西药四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月—2024年2月江苏省宿迁市中医院收治的幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者120例,按不同治疗方法分组。对照组(n=60)采取四联疗法治疗,观察组(n=60)联合四联疗法+半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、临床指标、症状评分。结果治疗后,观察组血清胃蛋白酶原I水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平、胃脘痞胀及嗳气症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60)较对照组的86.67%(52/60)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎效果确切,可改善患者的血清胃蛋白酶原I和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,减轻临床症状。Objective To explore the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.Methods From March 2022 to February 2024,a total of 120 patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis admitted to Su Qian TCM Hospital were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were grouped.The control group(n=60)received quadruple therapy,and the observation group(n=60)combined with quadruple therapy+modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The clinical treatment effect,clinical indicators and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of serum pepsinogen I,tumor necrosis factor-α,epigastric distention score and belching symptom score in the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60)higher than 86.67%(52/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis,which can improve the levels of serum pepsinogen I and tumor necrosis factor-α,and reduce clinical symptoms.
