益肾汤随证加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾汤随证加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)的效果及对肾功能的影响。方法根据不同的治疗方法,将2020年5月—2023年11月谷城县中医医院收治的120例CGN患者分为对照组(60例,常规西药治疗)与研究组(60例,在对照组的基础上加用益肾汤随证加减治疗),比较两组临床疗效、肾功能相关指标。结果在临床疗效方面,研究组[91.67%(55/60)]高于对照组[75.00%(45/60)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.000,P<0.05)。治疗后,相比于对照组,研究组血肌酐及血清尿素氮水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗CGN的基础上采用益肾汤随证加减治疗能够进一步提高临床疗效,改善患者肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)and its effect on renal function.Methods According to different treatment methods,120 CGN patients admitted to Gucheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to November 2023 were divided into control group(60 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and study group(60 cases,treated with Yishen Decoction on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy and renal function related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group[91.67%(55/60)]was higher than that of the control group[75.00%(45/60)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.000,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment of CGN,Yishen Decoction can further improve the clinical efficacy and improve the renal function of patients.
