肾衰灌肠液保留灌肠联合中医定向透药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析肾衰灌肠液保留灌肠联合中医定向透药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月在十堰市郧阳区中医医院肾病内科进行治疗的100例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=50,采用常规治疗),观察组(n=50,在对照组基础上增加肾衰灌肠液保留灌肠联合中医定向透药治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血肌酐、肾小球滤过率、尿白蛋白肌酐比、淀粉样蛋白A、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.969,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血肌酐、尿白蛋白肌酐比、淀粉样蛋白A、丙二醛水平低于对照组,肾小球滤过率、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭采取肾衰灌肠液保留灌肠联合中医定向透药治疗的效果较好,可有效改善患者的肾功能指标。Objective To analyze the curative effect of renal failure enema retention enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation on chronic renal failure.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in the Department of Nephrology of Yunyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shiyan City from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=50,treated with conventional treatment)and observation group(n=50,treated with renal failure enema retention enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation on the basis of the control group).The treatment effect,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,urinary albumin creatinine ratio,amyloid A,malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.969,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,urinary albumin creatinine ratio,amyloid A and malondialdehyde in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of glomerular filtration rate and superoxide dismutase were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of retention enema of renal failure enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration in the treatment of chronic renal failure is better which can effectively improve the renal function index of patients.
