加味参芪地黄汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析西医联合加味参芪地黄汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN)的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年12月于暨南大学附属顺德医院接受CGN治疗的80例患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=40,实施常规西医治疗),观察组(n=40,在对照组基础上联合加味参芪地黄汤治疗)。比较两组治疗总有效率、肾功能、炎症因子。结果治疗后,观察组血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的85.00%(34/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.861,P<0.05)。结论西医联合加味参芪地黄汤治疗CGN效果显著,对患者肾功能改善效果突出,同时降低炎症因子水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Western medicine combined with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods A total of 80 patients who received CGN treatment in Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40,treated with conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(n=40,treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group)according to different treatment methods.The total effective rate,renal function and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 85.00%(34/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.861,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of CGN has a significant effect,which has a significant effect on the improvement of renal function and reduces the level of inflammatory factors.
