茵陈利胆丸和丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸联合应用治疗慢性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的效果

摘　　要：目的研究茵陈利胆丸联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性黄疸型病毒性肝炎的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年6月—2024年2月吉林省肝胆医院收治的100例慢性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组50例。西医组采用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,联合组在西医组基础上联合茵陈利胆丸治疗。比较两组肝功能、炎性因子水平、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,联合组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于西医组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论茵陈利胆丸联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸能够有效改善慢性黄疸型病毒性肝炎患者的肝功能、降低炎性因子水平,并提高治疗总有效率。Objective To study the effect of Yinchen Lidan Pills combined with ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in the treatment of chronic jaundiced viral hepatitis.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with chronic jaundice viral hepatitis admitted to Hepatobiliary Hospital of Jilin from June 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate,and the combined group was treated with Yinchen Lidan Pills on the basis of the Western medicine group.Liver function,inflammatory factor levels and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in combined group were lower than those in Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 84.00%(42/50)of treatment the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment in chronic jaundiced viral hepatitis by combining Yinchen Lidan Pills with ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonatee has remarkable efficacy,which can effectively improve the liver function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and increase the total effective rate of treatment.
