摘　　要：目的探讨在实施乳癌根治术中SLIPA喉罩及气管插管的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2023年4月龙口市中医医院收治的100例乳癌根治术患者的临床资料,依据不同的麻醉方法分为两组,对照组(50例)选择气管插管方法完成手术麻醉,研究组(50例)选择SLIPA喉罩方法完成手术麻醉。比较两组插管成功率以及拔管并发症发生情况。结果两组插管成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组呛咳、躁动发生率分别为2.00%(1/50)、2.00%(1/50),均低于对照组的14.00%(7/50)、16.00%(8/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891、5.982,P均<0.05)。研究组咽痛、呕吐发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在实施乳癌根治术麻醉期间,同气管插管比较,SLIPA喉罩呈现出的优势更明显。Objective To explore the application effect of SLIPA laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation in radical mastectomy.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with radical mastectomy admitted to Longkou Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods.The control group(50 cases)selected tracheal intubation method to complete surgical anesthesia,and the study group(50 cases)selected SLIPA laryngeal mask method to complete surgical anesthesia.The success rate of intubation and the incidence of extubation complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of intubation between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of cough and agitation in the study group were 2.00%(1/50)and 2.00%(1/50),respectively,which were lower than 14.00%(7/50)and 16.00%(8/50)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,5.982,both P<0.05).The incidence of sore throat and vomiting in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion During the anesthesia of radical mastectomy,compared with tracheal intubation,SLIPA laryngeal mask shows more obvious advantages.
