摘　　要：目的分析浅表型结节性筋膜炎应用肌骨超声诊断的临床价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年8月枣庄市立医院收治的疑似浅表型结节性筋膜炎患者90例,所有患者均采取肌骨超声诊断,以手术病理结果为金标准,分析肌骨超声诊断浅表型结节性筋膜炎的诊断效能、发病部位诊断符合率、病变组织诊断符合率。结果在90例疑似浅表型结节性筋膜炎患者中,手术病理确诊阳性80例,占比88.89%(80/90),肌骨超声诊断准确度为96.67%(87/90)、特异度为90.00%(9/10)、灵敏度为97.50%(78/80),kappa=0.838。肌骨超声诊断疑似浅表型结节性筋膜炎发病部位、病变组织的诊断符合率均较高。结论采取肌骨超声诊断浅表型结节性筋膜炎,与手术病理诊断结果相比,具有较高的诊断符合率和诊断效能。Objective To analyze the clinical value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial nodular fasciitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected superficial nodular fasciitis admitted to Zaozhuang Hospital,Shandong Health Group,from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected and all patients were diagnosed by musculoskeletal ultrasound.The surgical pathological results were used as the gold standard.The diagnostic efficacy of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial nodular fasciitis,the diagnostic coincidence rate of the lesion site,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the lesion tissue were analyzed.Results Among the 90 patients with suspected superficial nodular fasciitis,80 cases were diagnosed as positive by surgical pathology,accounting for 88.89%(80/90).The accuracy of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis was 96.67%(87/90),the specificity was 90.00%(9/10),the sensitivity was 97.50%(78/80),kappa=0.838.The diagnostic coincidence rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the location and lesion tissue of suspected superficial nodular fasciitis is high.Conclusion The diagnosis of superficial nodular fasciitis by musculoskeletal ultrasound has a higher diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic efficiency compared with the results of surgical pathological diagnosis.
