摘 要:目的本研究着力于探讨基于翻转课堂的一站式技能培训在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5—10月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科参加临床技能培训的60名住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组、对照组各30名,试验组采用基于翻转课堂的一站式技能培训,对照组采用传统带教方式培训,培训结束后,比较2组住培学员的客观结构化临床技能评估(objective structured assessment of technical skill,OSATS)得分与课程评价指标。结果培训结束后,试验组住培学员的操作前准备[(91.67±5.16)分]、操作过程[(92.27±4.78)分]、理论问答[(91.87±4.66)分]评分高于对照组[(87.83±9.14)分、(87.07±8.00)分、(88.77±6.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在课程评价上,试验组住培学员在提高自学能力、学习兴趣、解决问题能力以及学习效率方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于翻转课堂的一站式技能培训能够提升住培学员的操作前准备、操作过程与理论回答环节的表现,并且改善了学员对课程的评价,有助于提高教学效率、改善临床技能教学效果。Objective This study focuses on exploring and discussing the role and value application effect of one-station skill training based on flipped classroom in clinical skill teaching.Methods A total of 60 resident physician standardized training(referred to as“residency training”)students who participated in clinical skills training at the orthopedics department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from May to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group was taught with one-station skills training based on flipped classroom,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods.After the training,the objective structured assessment of technical skills(OSATS)scores and course evaluation indicators of the two residency training groups were compared.Results After the training,the scores of preoperation preparation[(91.67±5.16)points],operation process[(92.27±4.78)points],and theoretical answering[(91.87±4.66)points]in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(87.83±9.14)points,(87.07±8.00)points,and(88.77±6.11)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In course evaluation,the scores of the residential trainees in the experimental group in improving self-study ability,learning interest,problem-solving ability and learning efficiency were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-station skills training based on flipped classroom can improve the performance of pre-operation preparation,operation process,and theoretical answering of resident trainees,and improve their evaluation of the course,which helps to improve teaching efficiency and clinical skills teaching effectiveness.
