循证护理教学法在神经外科护理教学中的应用效果

摘  要:目的探讨循证护理教学法在神经外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月重庆市人民医院神经外科实习的护理学生(简称“护生”)100名为研究对象。根据护理教学方法分为循证护理教学法组和传统护理教学法组各50名,传统护理教学法组采用传统授课方式,循证护理教学法组采用循证护理教学法。教学结束后,对比2组护生的考核成绩、批判思维能力、综合能力、核心能力、教学依从性、教学评价、教学满意度。结果教学后,循证护理教学法组护生的书本知识掌握、动手能力成绩及总成绩[(23.12±0.80)分、(72.21±1.34)分、(95.33±0.96)分]均高于传统护理教学法组[(20.10±0.36)分、(68.23±1.36)分、(88.33±1.20)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后循证护理教学法组护生的批判思维能力评分、理论知识、实践操作能力、科研合作能力评分均高于传统护理教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。循证护理教学法组护士核心能力量表(competency inventory for registered nurse,CIRN)总分及各子项评分均高于传统护理教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。循证护理教学法组护生的教学依从性为98.00%(49/50),高于传统护理教学法组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证护理教学法组护生各方面教学评价均高于传统护理教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学满意度的96.00%(48/50),高于传统护理教学法组的66.00%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论循证护理教学法在神经外科护理教学中的实际应用效果较传统护理教学法好,能有效提升教学质量,从而有效提高神经外科护生的综合素质,为神经外科培养更多高层次人才。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing teaching method in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods A total of 100 nursing students who practiced neurosurgery in Chongqing People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the nursing teaching method,50 students were divided into evidencebased nursing teaching method group and traditional nursing teaching method group.The traditional nursing teaching method group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the evidence-based nursing teaching method group adopted the evidence-based nursing teaching method.After the teaching,the assessment scores,critical thinking ability,comprehensive ability,core ability,teaching compliance,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results After teaching,The score of book knowledge,practical ability and total score[(23.12±0.80)points,(72.21±1.34)points,(95.33±0.96)points]in the evidence-based nursing teaching group were higher than those in the traditional nursing teaching group[(20.10±0.36)points,(68.23±1.36)points,(88.33±1.20)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of critical thinking ability,theoretical knowledge,practical operation ability and scientific research cooperation ability of nursing students in the evidence-based nursing teaching group were higher than those in the traditional nursing teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The nurse core competency scale(CIRN)total score and sub-item scores of the evidence-based nursing teaching method group were higher than those of the traditional nursing teaching method group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The teaching compliance of nursing students in the evidence-based nursing teaching method group was 98.00%(49/50)higher than that in the traditional nursing teaching method group 82.00%(41/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching
