卵巢癌组织中CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1的表达情况及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢癌组织中CD177、远端上游元件结合蛋白1(FUBP1)、同源框A1(HOXA1)的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年5月榆林市中医医院收治的104例行手术切除的卵巢癌患者作为卵巢癌组,选取同期104例行全子宫+双附件切除术的绝经期子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组。收集患者手术切除的卵巢癌组织和卵巢组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法测定组织中CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1表达情况,并随访患者1年预后情况。比较两组CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性表达情况,分析卵巢癌患者CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1表达情况与临床病理参数的关系,采用Cox回归分析影响卵巢癌患者预后的因素,采用Kaplan-Meier法分析癌组织中CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1表达情况与卵巢癌患者预后的关系,比较复发和未复发患者CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性表达情况。结果 卵巢癌组CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期、中高肿瘤分化程度、有淋巴结转移、有腹水的卵巢癌患者CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性率高于FIGO分期Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期、低肿瘤分化程度、无淋巴结转移、无腹水卵巢癌患者(P<0.05)。CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性表达是卵巢癌患者死亡的危险因素(P<0.05)。CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阴性表达患者生存率均高于阳性表达患者(P<0.05)。复发患者CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性率均高于未复发患者(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢癌组织中CD177、FUBP1、HOXA1阳性表达率均升高,且与患者预后有关,可能成为评估卵巢癌预后的标志物。Objective To investigate the expression status and clinical significance of cluster of differentiation 177(CD177),far upstream element binding protein 1(FUBP1)and homeobox AI(HOXA1)in ovarian cancer tissues.Methods A total of 104 ovarian cancer patients who underwent surgical resection admitted to Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February2022 to May 2023 were selected as the ovarian cancer group,and 104 menopausal uterine fibroids patients who underwent total hysterectomy+double adjunct resection during the same period were selected as the control group.The ovarian cancer tissues and ovarian tissues sungically removed from patients were collected.The expressions of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXA1 in tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The prognosis of the patients was followed up for 1 year.The positive expressions of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXA1 in the two groups were compared,and the relationship between the expressions of CD177,FUBP1and HOXA1 in ovarian cancer patients and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.The factors affecting the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients were analyzed by Cox regression.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between the expressions of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXA1 in cancer tissues and the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients,and to compare the positive expressions of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXA1 in patients with and without recurrence.Results The positive rates of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXA1 in ovarian cancer group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of CD177,FUBP1and HOXA1 in ovarian cancer patients with international federation of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ.intermediate and high tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and ascites were higher than those in patients with FIGO stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ.low tumor differentiation,no lymph node metastasis and ascites(P<0.05).The positive expressions of CD177,FUBP1 and HOXAI were the risk factors for death in ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).The survival rate of patien
