摘　　要：临床常见原发性早泄合并继发性勃起功能障碍,以青年及中年男性为主。其中,青年男性初始性生活低龄化,过度自慰,病发早泄;中年育龄男性既往射精过快,或生活不规律,病发早泄;两者或因女方性生活未能有效得到满足,或未能有效受孕,导致情绪焦虑而继发出现勃起功能障碍或中途疲软。中医认为原发性早泄合并继发性勃起功能障碍以阳虚气郁为主要病机,治以疏肝解郁、交通心肾为主,辅以益气温阳,取经方桂枝龙骨牡蛎合四逆散,临证化裁;必要时中西医结合,口服西药联合中药以增强疗效。Primary premature ejaculation combined with secondary erectile dysfunction commonly occurs in clinic and was mainly in young and middle-aged male of childbearing age.Among them,the initial sexual life of young male is younger,with excessive masturbation,resulting in premature ejaculation.The middle-aged male with childbearing age have a history of early ejaculation or irregular life,leading to premature ejaculation.Those two population may have erectile dysfunction or midway weakness secondary to anxiety emotion due to the situation that the woman fails to satisfy her sexual life effectively,or fails to conceive effectively.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that primary premature ejaculation combined with secondary erectile dysfunction takes Yang deficiency and Qi stagnation as the main pathogenesis.The treatment is mainly based on soothing liver and relieving depression,and communicating heart and kidney,supplemented by supplementing Qi to warm Yang.The classical prescription of cassia twig keel oyster combined with Sini powder were taken according to clinical evidence.If necessary,combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,oral wester medicine should be combined with traditional Chinese medicine to enhance the efficacy.
