摘　　要：目的 基于数据挖掘分析针刺治疗阳痿的选穴规律及特点。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库2000年1月至2024年2月收录的针灸治疗阳痿的相关文献。经过筛选及标准化处理针灸处方,进行数据分析,探究核心选穴及特点。采用Excel 2021、SPSS Statistics 27.0对穴位进行频次、频率统计及聚类分析,采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析及网络图可视化分析。结果共纳入81篇文献,提取有效处方81条,腧穴74个,用穴总频次为677次。使用频率前10位的腧穴依次是关元、肾俞、三阴交、中极、命门、足三里、太冲、气海、太溪、次髎。关联规则显示:“三阴交-肾俞”“美元-肾俞”“肾俞-三阴交”“美元-三阴交”“三阴交-肾俞、美元”“美元-三阴交、肾俞”存在极强的关联性及共现度。前10位高频输穴可分为3个有效聚类群。结论针刺治疗阳痿主要遵循辩证取穴、循经取穴原则,核心选穴组为“美元-三阴交-肾俞”。[Abstract]Objective To analyze the acupoint selection patterns and characteristics for acupuncture treatment of impotence.MethodsDatabases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIPand PubMed were searched for related literature on acupuncture treatment of impotence enrolled from January2000 to February 2024.After screening and standardization of acupuncture prescriptions,data analysis was performed to explore the core selection of acupoints and their characteristics.Excel 2021 and SPSS Statistics27.0 were applied to perform occurrence count,occurrence frequency statistics and cluster analysis of acupoints.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was applied to perform the analysis of association rules and visualization of network diagrams.ResultsA total of 81 papers were included,and 81 valid prescriptions and 74 acupoints were extracted,with a total frequency of acupoints used being 677 times.The top 10 frequently used acupoints were Guanyuan,Senyu,Sanyinjiao,Zhongji,Mingmen,Zusanli,Taichong,Qihai,Taixi,and Ciliao.The association rules showed that"Sanyinjiao-Shenshu""Guanyuan-Shenshu""Shenshu-Sanyinjiao""Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao""Sanyinjiao-Shenshu,Guanyuan""Guanyuan-Shenshu,Sanyinjiao"had very strong association and co-oecurrence.The top 10 high-frequency acupoints can be classified into 3 effective clusters.ConclusionsAcupuncture trealment impotence mainly follows the principle of taking acupoints according to evidence and meridians,and the core group of acupoints selection is"Guanyuan-Sanyinjiao-Shenshu".
