摘　　要：药物流产是计划外妊娠女性终止妊娠的首选,但临床治疗过程中常出现并发症,给患者带来短期和远期影响。中医对药物流产并发症治疗历史悠久,不仅能够在药物流产前和过程中未病防变,在出现并发症时也能有效改善临床症状,促进宫腔内残留组织的排出和子宫复旧。本文对近年来相关文献进行整理和研究,对病因病机、中医内治和外治法进行综述,为药物流产并发症的中医药治疗提供新思路。Drug abortion is the first choice for women with unplanned pregnancy to terminate pregnancy.However,complications often occur during the process of clinical treatment,which makes short-term and long-term impacts on patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating drug abortion complications.It can not only prevent disease before and during drug abortion,but also effectively improve elinical symptoms when complications occur,promoting the discharge of intrauterine residue and uterine recovery.In this paper,the related literature in recent years were sorted out and studied,and the etiology and pathogenesis,interal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine wer?reviewed,so as to provide new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of drug abortion complications.
