基于散滞积-祛伏邪法探讨治疗HPV感染及CIN对药应用的研究

摘　　要：高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染与宫颈癌密切相关。目前西医无明确治疗药物,近年来中医药治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的效果在临床上不断得到验证。薛晓鸥教授主张以癌前防治为主,根据HPV致病特点,提出基于散滞积-祛伏邪法治疗HPV感染及CIN并善用对药,疗效显著。Persistent high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection is closely related to cervical cancer.At present,there is no clear treatment drug in Western medicine.In recent years,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)has been continuously verified in clinical practice.Professor Xue Xiao'ou advocated precancerous prevention and treatment,and she proposed the method of"scattered stagnation and hidden evil elimination"to treat HPVinfection and CIN according to the pathogenic characteristics of HPV,and made good use of drug pairing,which had achieved good clinical effect.
