摘　　要：目的 探讨滋肾育胎丸联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕症(ODI)的效果及妊娠结局。方法 回顾性分析2022年2月至2024年5月北京市朝阳区妇幼保健院收治的113例ODI患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为对照组(n=52)和联合组(n=61)。对照组采用来曲唑等常规西医治疗,联合组在对照组基础上采用滋肾育胎丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后卵巢功能、子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)、血清性激素水平、不良反应发生率、妊娠结局。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组主卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡数量高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组,两组RI、PI低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)水平高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发生不良妊娠结局。结论 滋肾育胎丸联合来曲唑治疗ODI疗效较好,可改善卵巢功能和性激素水平,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect and pregnancy outcomes of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility(ODI).MethodsThe clinical data of 113 patients with ODI who were admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Matemal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group(n=52)and combination group(n=61).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicines such as letrozole.The combination group was treated with Zishen Yutai Pills based on control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,uterine artery resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)and serum levels of sex hormones before and after treatment,the incidence rates of adverse reactions,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed increases in diameter of the main follicle,endometrialthickness and number of dominant follicles.Besides,these indexes in the combination group were higher than those in the control group.RI and PI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.Meanwhile,the two indexes in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the combination group were higher than in the control group.The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the combination group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and no adverse pregnancy outcomes were observed in the two groups.Conclusions Zishen Yutai Pills combined with letrozole h
