中药督脉熏蒸辅助西医治疗肾阴阳两亏型围绝经期综合征患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药督脉熏蒸辅助西医治疗肾阴阳两亏型围绝经期综合征患者的疗效。方法选取2023年1月至12月诸暨市妇幼保健院收治的80例肾阴阳两亏型围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药督脉熏蒸治疗。比较治疗前、治疗3个疗程后中医证候积分、性激素水平、生活质量、骨密度。比较两组疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分和生活质量评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清FSH、LH水平均降低,血清E,水平、骨密度均升高,且观察组血清FSH、LH、E_(2)水平及骨密度改善幅度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药督脉熏蒸辅助西医治疗肾阴阳两亏型围绝经期综合征患者疗效良好,可有效降低患者中医证候积分,调节性激素水平,改善生活质量,增加骨密度,且未增加不良反应。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinesemedicine Dumai fumigation combined with Western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients of kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type.MethodsA total of 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type admitted in Zhuji Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were included as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol/estradiol dihydroprogesterone tablets,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Dumai fumigation on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,sex hommones levels,quality of life,and bone density before and after three courses of treatment were compared.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and quality of life of both groups decreased,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum FSH and LH decreased in both groups,while the levels of serum E,and bone density increased.The observation group had higher levels of serum FSH,LH,E_(2) and bone density improvement than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe combination of traditional Chinese medicine Dumai fumigation with Wester medicine has a good therapeutic effect on perimenopausal syndrome patients of kidney Yin and Yang deficiency type.It can effectively
