摘  要:目的采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS)技术对补骨脂的化学成分进行快速表征,进一步开发利用补骨脂药用资源。方法采用UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS法于正、负离子模式下进行一级母离子和二级子离子扫描,通过检索数据库、与对照品比对、质谱裂解规律分析等方法,快速鉴定补骨脂所含化合物的结构。结果从补骨脂中共鉴定出83个化合物,包括24个黄酮类成分,15个有机酸类成分,6个香豆素类成分,5个萜类成分,4个酚萜类成分,3个氨基酸类成分,2个多糖类成分,1个生物碱类以及23个其他类成分等。结论了解补骨脂的物质基础,为后续的使用以及药理作用研究奠定基础。Objective To rapidly characterize the chemical composition of Psoralea corylifolia L.by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UHPLCQ-Orbitrap MS)for the further development and utilization of medicinal resources of Psoralea corylifolia.Methods The parent ions and fragment ions were scanned out in positive and negative ion modes by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS.The structures of the compounds in Psoralea corylifolia L.were rapidly identified via database searching,comparison with reference substances,and analysis of mass-spectral fragmentation rules.Results Totally 83 compounds were identified from Psoralea corylifolia L.,including 24 flavonoids,15 organic acids,6 coumarins,5 terpenoids,4 phenol terpenoids,3 amino acids,2 polysaccharides,1 alkaloid,and 23 other components.Conclusion Understanding the material basis of Psoralea corylifolia L.lays a foundation for its subsequent use and pharmacological research.
