摘 要:目的采用脂质组学比较南五味子油与北五味子油的脂质组成差异。方法通过石油醚超声提取南五味子油与北五味子油,基于超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)脂质组学分析其脂质特征,利用Analyst 1.6.3处理质谱数据,并通过主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘判别分析进行差异脂质分析。结果南五味子油中获得了25个亚类共415个脂质成分,北五味子油中获得了24个亚类共384个脂质成分。南五味子油与北五味子油在脂质个数、脂质含量、脂肪酸含量、脂质链长、不饱和度方面存在差异。南五味子油与北五味子油中共鉴定出187种差异脂质,共4大类和16亚类。结论本研究全面地比较了南五味子油与北五味子油的脂质组成差异,与北五味子油相比,南五味子油所含的脂质个数多且含量相对较高。这可为南五味子油与北五味子油的质量评价及相关研究提供依据。Objective To determine the characteristics of lipid compositions in Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil.Methods Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted petroleum ether.Lipid characteristics were analyzed based on lipidomics by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the mass spectrometry data were processed with Analyst 1.6.3.Principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis was used for the differential lipids.Results Totally 415 lipid components in 25 subclasses were identified from Schisandra sphenantherae oil,and 384 lipid components in 24 subclasses from Schisandra chinensis oil.There were obvious differences between Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil in lipid number,lipid content,fatty acid content,lipid chain length and unsaturation.Totally 187 differential lipids were identified from Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil,covering 16 subclasses in 4 categories.Conclusion The difference in lipid compositions between Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil has been compared comprehensively.Schisandra chinensis oil,Schisandra sphenantherae oil contains more lipids and relatively higher content,which provides a basis for quality evaluation and related research of Schisandra sphenantherae oil and Schisandra chinensis oil.
