摘 要:目的研究五加科人参属植物珠子参(Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.var.major(Burk.)C.Y.Wu et K.M.Feng.)叶的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂、MCI、硅胶柱色谱、半制备液相等手段对珠子参叶70%乙醇部位进行了精细的分离与纯化。然后,利用1D/2D-NMR、高分辨质谱等多种波谱技术,依据其理化特性,来确认该化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定得到10个化合物,分别为20(R)-原人参三醇(1)、20(R)-人参三醇(2)、20(R)-达玛烷-3β,6α,12β,20,25-戊醇(3)、达玛-20(22)E,24-二烯-3β,6α,12β-三醇(4)、达玛-20(22)Z,24-二烯-3β,6α,12β-三醇(5)、27-demethyl-(E,E)-20(22),23-dien-3β,6α,12β-trihydroxydammar-25-one(6)、3β,6α,12β-triol-22,23,24,25,26,27-hexanordammaran-20-one(7)、山柰酚(8)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(9)、4-甲氧基苯酚(10)。结论化合物2、3、6~10为首次从珠子参中分离鉴定。Objective To determine the chemical constituents in the leaves of Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.var.major(Burk.)C.Y.Wu et K.M.Feng of ginseng genus Panax in the family Wujiaceae.Methods The isolation and purification of 70%ethanol part were conducted with macroporous resin,MCI,silica gel column chromatography,and semi-preparative liquid chromatography.The structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic techniques,such as 1D/2D-NMR,mass spectrometry and so on.Results Totally 10 compounds were obtained and identified as 20(R)-protopanaxatriol(1),20(R)-panaxatriol(2),20(R)-dammarane-3β,6α,12β,20,25-pentanol(3),dammar-20(22)E,24-diene-3β,6α,12β-triol(4),dammar-20(22)Z,24-diene-3β,6α,12β-triol(5),27-dimethyl-(E,E)-20(22),23-dien-3β,6α,12β-trihydroxydammar-25-one(6),3β,6α,12β-triol-22,23,24,25,26,27-hexanordammaran-20-one(7),kaempferol(8),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde(9),and 4-methoxyphenol(10).Conclusion Compounds 2,3 and 6~10 have been isolated for the first time from Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.var.major(Burk.)C.Y.Wu et K.M.Feng.
