摘  要:目的建立银杏叶提取物冻干舌下片的制备方法及质量评价标准。方法通过星点设计-效应面法筛选银杏叶提取物冻干舌下片最优处方制备工艺。结果银杏叶提取物冻干舌下片最优处方为银杏叶提取物40 mg/片、普鲁兰多糖8.6 mg/片、氢氧化钠0.9 mg/片、黄原胶0.2 mg/片。结论银杏叶提取物冻干舌下片制备工艺稳定可靠,有效成分含量测定合格,可用于大规模生产。Objective To prepare and evaluate the quality of lyophilized sublingual tablets of ginkgo biloba extract.Methods The optimal prescription of lyophilized sublingual tablets of ginkgo biloba extract was screened by central composite design-response surface methodology.Results The optimal prescription for lyophilized sublingual tablets of ginkgo biloba extract included ginkgo biloba extract 40 mg/tablet,pullulan polysaccharide 8.6 mg/tablet,sodium hydroxide 0.9 mg/tablet,and xanthan gum 0.2 mg/tablet.Conclusion The preparation of lyophilized sublingual tablets of ginkgo biloba extract is stable and reliable,and the content of active components is qualified for large-scale production.
