摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在儿童脑静脉窦血栓的抗凝药物治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例遗传性易栓症患儿脑静脉窦血栓栓塞的抗栓治疗管理,通过查阅相关指南和文献分析抗栓药物的特点,结合患儿临床表现、凝血功能和抗Xa水平等多次会诊参与制定和优化患儿脑静脉窦血栓溶栓方案以及易栓症的抗凝方案,为患儿提供安全、有效、个体化的药学监护。结果患儿的静脉血栓栓塞得到良好控制并好转出院,且治疗过程未发生出血等不良反应。结论临床药师通过药学会诊为患儿提供个体化用药监护,有效提高抗凝药物治疗效果,降低出血风险,为易栓症患儿脑静脉窦血栓的防治提供参考。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the anticoagulant treatment of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in pediatric patients.METHODS Clinical pharmacist participated in the management of antithrombotic therapy for a case of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in a pediatric patient with hereditary thrombophilia.Through reviewing relevant guidelines and research analysis,combined with the clinical manifestations,coagulation function and anti-Xa level of the pediatric patient,clinical pharmacist participated in the formulation and optimization of thrombolysis scheme for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in children and anticoagulation scheme for thrombophilia,so as to provide safe,effective and individualized pharmaceutical care for children.RESULTS The venous thromboembolism of the children had been controlled in time and discharged from hospital,and no adverse reactions such as bleeding occurred during the treatment.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists provide individualized medication monitoring for pediatric patients through pharmaceutical consultations,effectively improving the effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy,reducing the risk of bleeding,and providing reference for the prevention and treatment of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in pediatric patient with thrombophilia.
